Trust and data

How we handle your market, your data and your name.

The practices below apply to every engagement. Each is something you can check in the agreement, in your portal or in the daily report.

Sending

  • Every email comes from a real inbox with a real person's name on it, on domains we set up for the purpose. None of it comes from your domain.
  • Each sending domain is configured with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and new inboxes are warmed for about two weeks before anything is sent to your market.
  • Each client campaign has its own inboxes.

Lists and personal data

  • We email work addresses at companies, never personal ones.
  • Every address goes through two separate email verifiers before it is loaded.
  • The list is built to the job titles that decide the purchase. The people and companies you never want contacted go on a leave-alone list, which is honored on every send.
  • If you sell into the EU or the UK, tell us. The rules on business email differ there and change how a list is built.

Opt-outs

  • Anyone who asks to be removed is suppressed at once, for every campaign we run, not only yours.
  • A reply that comes back annoyed is closed the same day and never worked.

Approval and control

  • Every campaign stops at a ten-lead preview. You see each lead, the fact the email uses, the email check and why the lead fits, then approve it or send it back.
  • Nothing is sent to your market that you have not approved, and no reply is sent without its own approval step.

Sources

  • Statistics we quote carry their source: Gartner for buying behaviour, 6sense for buyer first contact, Salesforce for seller time, and LinkedIn's B2B Institute for the 95-5 rule.
  • Figures from our own campaigns are labelled as ours and dated.
