- What you buy
- Coverage: we contact the companies on your list on a schedule, and you see the count every month.
- The fee
- A flat monthly fee, the same every month. There is no setup fee and no charge per lead or per reply.
- What is not promised
- No number of leads or meetings is promised, except through the guarantee.
- The guarantee
- If the result is short at day 90, three fixes run on their own at no extra cost: more volume, a second list, then a full reset. If it is still short after the reset, that month's fee comes back. You do not file a claim.
- What it depends on
- You approve each draft of the emails within 2 business days, answer every reply we pass you within 1 business day, send your leave-alone list within 5 business days of signing, keep the offer and target market as agreed, and pay every invoice on time.
- Refunds
- Two, both automatic: the first month's fee if sending has not started 21 days after signing for a reason on our side, and the last step of the guarantee. There are no others.
- Reporting
- A daily report of companies contacted that day, contacted to date, left to contact, and who was removed and why, plus a 20-minute review each month.
- Leaving
- Month to month, with no lock-in. You give 30 days' written notice before your next billing cycle, and every reply and thread we passed you stays yours.
