How an engagement runs

The operating rhythm, in the order it happens.

What you receive, when, and what you should be able to check at each stage.

The first two days

  • We set up your sending domains and inboxes, separate from yours, and start warming them.
  • We book your onboarding call or send the form, and ask for your leave-alone list.
  • We write down your buyer in one sentence: who it is, which job titles decide, and who to leave out. You confirm it before anything is built from it.

Weeks one and two, then month one

  • Weeks 1 and 2 are domain setup, inbox warmup and your approval of the list and the copy. Nothing is sent to your market yet.
  • You approve a ten-lead preview within two business days.
  • Month 1 is about half a month of sending. Each reply is read and sorted the same business day.
  • Months 2 and 3 are the fair test of the channel. The day-90 check in the guarantee runs on its own.

The monthly review (20 minutes)

  • The count: what was covered and what is left.
  • The leads: which met your criteria and which missed.
  • Which leads became customers, so we know what to send more of.
  • What we change next month, and anything on your side that is holding it up.

Your 30, 60 and 90 day scorecard

Day 30
Sending has started, you have the count, you approved the preview, and replies are sorted the same day.
Day 60
The leads that reach you match your criteria, the review is happening, and you have answered every warm reply within a day.
Day 90
The guarantee check has run on its own, and you know what your market answered.
