Home/Outbound origination

Our practices

Outbound origination.

A repeatable way to develop demand beyond referrals, word of mouth and trade shows. Built around the buyers and commercial realities of your market.

Our approach

Demand generation in complex markets.

Your expertise, reputation and existing relationships are the foundation. Our work gives you an additional, deliberate way to reach the businesses that can benefit from what you do.

A valuable offering still needs a reliable route to the right buyers.

In a specialised market, relevance takes work. You need to understand the company, the person who decides, the problem your offering addresses and whether the timing warrants a conversation.

Dependence on existing relationships
Referrals, word of mouth and trade shows can produce good business. When they carry most of the pipeline, the timing and volume of new opportunities are hard to plan.
Limited time for prospecting
Founders and sales people need room for substantive conversations. Account research, contact finding, outreach and follow-up compete with that time.
Tools without a process
A database, a sending tool or an AI model can support the work. Results still depend on how research, messaging, sending and qualification connect, and on what changes when an approach falls short.

Breezy manages

  • Market selection, list building and the one person who decides at each company
  • Two independent checks on every email address, and a check on every personal line
  • The emails, written for your offer and approved by you before sending
  • Domains, inboxes, warmup, sending and monitoring, all separate from your own domain
  • Reading and sorting every reply the same business day
  • A monthly count and a 20-minute review

The work

How we work

  1. 01

    Agree the buyer

We write down who the buyer is in one sentence, which job titles decide, and who to leave out. You send a leave-alone list within five business days of signing, and you confirm the description before anything is built from it.

  2. 02

    Test the market

Before a list is bought, we score a sample of 40 companies against that sentence by reading each company's own website. The pass bar is set first: at least half the sample must be the buyer, and the market must hold at least 40 firms.

  3. 03

    Build and check the list

Companies come from public registries, trade directories, business listings and contact databases, cross-checked. Each address goes through two independent verifiers, and each personal line is checked against the company's own site.

  4. 04

    Preview and approve

You receive a 10-lead preview with the person, the line, the source and the email as it would be sent. You approve the list and the copy, and we ask for your answer within two business days.

  5. 05

    Send and monitor

The first two weeks are domain setup and warmup, and nothing is sent in them. After approval, sending starts from separate domains. A monitor watches the first minutes of every send.

  6. 06

    Review and refine

Each month you get the count of companies contacted, contacted to date, left to contact, and removed and why. The review decides what changes next.

Working with Breezy

The engagement

One flat monthly fee, the same every month, with every qualifying reply included. There is no setup fee and no charge per lead or per reply.

Fee
$2,000 to $5,000 a month, set by how many companies we email each month and how many sending inboxes that takes. On the call we count your market, so you see the size of the list before you see the number.
Term
Month to month, with 30 days' written notice. There is no minimum term.
Communication
A shared Slack channel for your team and ours, or email if you prefer, with a reply within one business day. The person you deal with is Travis, the founder.
What stays yours
Every reply, every thread and each monthly count, and on request a copy of the list of companies. The sending domains, inboxes and contact data stay ours, and nothing is ever sent from your own domain.

Qualified opportunities

Qualified opportunities

A qualifying reply is one that asks for a quote, a demo, a proposal, a scope call, a meeting or a call. It reaches you with the whole thread, the company, the person and their title, the business day it arrives.

We do not promise a number of meetings. The Triple Guarantee, section 8 of the agreement, says what happens if the result is short: three fixes run on their own at no extra cost, and if it is still short after the reset, that month's fee comes back to your card. If sending has not started 21 days after signing for a reason on our side, the first monthly fee is refunded.

Long-term value

A documented way to win customers.

If new business depends on one person's network, growth depends on that person. A written process for finding and qualifying customers, with a record of what each month produced, makes growth easier to plan and easier to hand over. It does not set the value of a business, which also depends on earnings, margins, customers and the market.

Who we work with

Who we work with

  • Established B2B businesses with a valuable offering, customers worth $5,000 or more, and room to serve new accounts.
  • A team that can answer a warm reply within a business day and approve drafts within two.
  • An owner or signer who can join the first call.

We support the research, outreach and qualification behind new opportunities. You still need someone who can hold the conversation and progress a sale.
