Website-Visitor Outreach
6 min read · Advanced
Visitor-identification tools show you which companies are on your site. The intent is high, and so is the noise. Email a random visitor and you'll embarrass yourself.
Qualify to ICP first, then reach the decision-maker with a light message that doesn't lean too hard on the signal. Done carefully, it's a steady stream of warm accounts.

Hey [[FirstName]] — reaching out to a few [[ICP]] teams looking at [[Problem]] this quarter. Figured [[Company]] might be one of them. Worth a quick chat?
Tools required
How to set it up
- 1Install visitor identification
Add the pixel and start capturing which companies visit which pages.
- 2Filter to ICP — ruthlessly
People skip this step and regret it. Only companies that clearly fit your ICP move forward.
- 3Enrich the decision-maker
Find the right person at the visiting company — don't email whoever the tool happens to surface.
- 4Keep the signal light
Reference the interest gently, without being creepy about the fact that you saw them. Suppress existing customers.
Rather we just run it?
We work one market at a time and hand you the introductions worth having. We say no more than yes — if it is not a fit, we will tell you.
