What is one introduction worth to you?

A pilot delivers 36 qualified introductions over 60–90 days. So the only question that matters is how many of them have to close before it has paid for itself. Four inputs, one answer.

What one new client is worth to you per month — or in total, if it's a one-off.

6 mo

Months. Set to 1 for a one-off project — that's the honest setting for project work.

30%

Not your cold rate. This is someone vetted who already agreed to the conversation — most firms land between 20% and 40%.

The verdict

One deal pays for the whole engagement.

Break-even is 0.05 of a close — so a single introduction landing covers the pilot, and everything after it is upside. This is the shape the model is built for.

What this deliberately does not model

  • Booked calls or show rates. We deliver introductions, not meetings. Nobody is filling your calendar, and no-shows aren't a number we can move.
  • Volume. 36 over 60–90 days is the honest band, and it is also the ceiling. If you need more conversations than that, this is the wrong instrument and we'll say so.
  • Your sales process. The close rate above is yours, not ours. A warm introduction to the right person still has to be worked.

Cost per introduction at the figure above: $583$1,167, depending on whether the pilot lands at the top or bottom of the band.

Estimates based on your inputs. Your close rate, deal size and retention are the three things that move this, and all three are yours — which is why they're the inputs rather than assumptions we made for you.
